So many layers of cuteness in this set! Those leggings are striped with an overlay that wraps over the leggings and buttons in front—it is just sewn into the hem at the side. The top has a little touching on the side with little bows. Made by Buster Brown in the USA and marked 24 months, the top is meant to be on the cropped side so would work for 18 months too. Just check the measurements. Made in the USA, good vintage condition--some wash wear on top but I got any staining out.
