Vintage Health-tex chunky stripe, long sleeve shirt with Crosstitch accents, marked a 3T and good for that as snug or good on 18 months up to 2T depending on how you like the fit. This one has some spots as I pointed out in the photos, and one of the sleeves has been mended but it still has lots of life left and needs a new home!
