This jacket is perfection. Legitimate warm winter jacket with their thick high quality corduroy and it has quilted insulation like a puffer on the inside basically. Hood and lots of fun ruffle details, drawstrings at both hood and waist. It is marked 18 months which seems wildly off, it would be pretty oversized at that and good for 2T and even up toward 3T. If you got it at 18 months you would definitely get two winters out of it. Its in excellent vintage condition with no flaws to note, made in the USA.
